2. Overview

This website is a static information page for the Pauseo application. We collect as little personal data as possible. There are no cookies and no registration on this website. For audience measurement we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly method (see section 4).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. When you access the website, technical data is automatically processed by Cloudflare, in particular:

• IP address (truncated)
• Date and time of access
• Page accessed
• Browser type and operating system
• Referrer URL

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website). Cloudflare processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Audience Measurement via Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics by Cloudflare, Inc. to measure the reach and technical performance of this website. The following information is processed in aggregated form:

• Page accessed (path)
• Referrer (where the visit came from)
• Country (derived from IP, not stored)
• Browser type, operating system, device category
• Screen size
• Web Vitals (load time, interactivity, visual stability)

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set any cookies and does not store any identifier on your device. No personal profiles are built, no cross-site tracking is performed, and no data is sold to third parties. The IP address is processed only briefly for bot filtering and is not stored. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, consent under § 25 TTDDG (German implementation of the ePrivacy Directive) is not required.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement and the technical optimization of this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). For more information, see Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. APK Downloads

The app is offered for download as an APK file via Cloudflare R2. During the download, the same technical data described in section 3 is processed by Cloudflare. No registration or identification of the user takes place.

6. No Cookies

This website does not use any cookies — neither our own nor from third parties. The audience measurement described in section 4 is also cookieless.

7. No Other External Resources

Apart from the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon described in section 4, all resources (fonts, stylesheets, images) are loaded locally from our server. No connections are made to Google Fonts, other CDNs, or other third-party providers.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
